Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on a written purchase order and agreed payment terms. Export orders may be on L/C, T/T or Western Union as agreed.
Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year) from installation, covering manufacturing defects. Consumables, accessories subject to wear, and damage from misuse, power surges or unauthorised repair are excluded.
Installation & training
Installation and operator training are provided as stated in the quotation. The purchaser is responsible for site readiness (power, earthing, UPS where specified).

Medical devices must be used by qualified professionals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations. Information on this site is not medical advice.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Siliguri / Jalpaiguri, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
